We are currently working with an exciting Challenger bank to recruit a Head of Broker/Partnership relations role. My client operates extensively within the Commercial Lending space and is looking for a professional with extensive Asset Finance experience. The role will report directly into the MD and will be a home based role.
Broker/Partnership Management and Development
Creation and Implementation of Broker/Partner strategy
Acquiring new Broker/Partner relations throughout the market
Developing several Asset Finance ranges across both Hard Assets and Soft Assets
Building successful Broker/Partner/Third Party revenue channel
The ideal candidate will have extensive Broker channel management experience. They will have a solid understanding of Commercial Lending/Finance and Asset Finance in particular also. They must be equipped to create and implement individual route-to-market strategies for a range of different partnerships. The role will include extensive UK travel as well as team management.
